The interim office Randstad awarded a prize to the most attractive employers in Belgium. They did a survey with 15,000 participants in Belgium, including students, employees, unemployed, housewives and housemen, aged between 18 and 65. They were questioned on who they find the most attractive employers. The pharma sector seems to be hot, as next to GSK and Janssen, UCB and Pfizer appeared in the top 5 of most attractive private employers.
The most important factors in the decision process of the participants were (in order of importance) the salary, the working atmosphere, the job security, the job content and the balance between work and private life.
